The class is for crawlers/toddlers from active sitting age to active crawling and standing age (around 1 year to 18 months) and their parent. The yoga taught in these classes is more active than the babies’ class. You will mainly be doing yoga for yourself, while your child socialises with others.
Our Yoga Basics Beginners Series is designed for new students and experienced yogis looking to strengthen the foundations of their practice.
Classes flow on from one another and are taught at a slow and comfortable pace. We teach the fundamentals of yoga postures, correct body alignment and breathing techniques in a fun, supportive and relaxed environment.
For mum, this course has been specifically designed to support you in your postnatal months by helping your body regain strength and tone in a safe and effective way. Yoga relaxes the nervous system and brings balance to the endocrine system (hormonal balance). We provide a safe place with other mums, to honour your emotions and the beautiful (but sometimes challenging!) journey of motherhood.
If you store stress and tension in the body and love a good massage then this workshop is for you.
Self-regulation is the ability to understand and manage your own behaviour and reactions.
