The class is for crawlers/toddlers from active sitting age to active crawling and standing age (around 1 year to 18 months) and their parent. The yoga taught in these classes is more active than the babies’ class. You will mainly be doing yoga for yourself, while your child socialises with others.

Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is a state in which the body is completely relaxed, and the person experiencing the Nidra becomes systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world by following a set of verbal instructions, similar to a guided meditation. 

The relaxation has been found to reduce tension, insomnia and anxiety. It has also been found to reduce symptoms of stomach imbalances, PTSD, chronic fatigue syndrome, and restore normal sleeping patterns.
