Pregnancy Yoga

These wonderfully relaxing and nurturing classes will help you stay grounded, mindful and energised during your pregnancy. The posture, sequences and breathing techniques are designed specifically for the needs of pregnant women from the 12th week of pregnancy onwards. Learn about your the changes within your body, build confidence and spend time with your beautiful baby.

Our pregnancy yoga classes run on Saturday mornings from 10:00-11:15am. Mats and props are available free of charge, so just bring yourself.

Cost: $22 drop in or 4 class pass for $80.
