Yoga, Food & Chill 

Saturday 7th July | 11am-4pm | $90

Because feeling good solves half of our problems or at least puts us in a better position to deal with them. Let’s clear a few hours of our busy schedule and do some things that feel good in the moment and are good for tomorrow. 

Join Aleks for an indulgent winters day of vibrant food and delicious yoga. 

Here is the plan:

Arrive between 11-11.15 am, we’ll clear the energy, set our intention and get comfortable.

At 11.30 we’ll start a physical, hatha class, to challenge our strength and balance, get a sweat on and have some fun with a peak pose. 

At 1pm, we’ll have lunch. This will be mostly raw, mostly vegan, almost paleo and all delicious. (You’ll have the option to eat completely vegan on the day). Served with a handmade seasonal kombucha flavour, we’ll also chat and learn digestive tips and tricks as we eat. 

If the weather allows, we’ll do some ‘earthing’ on a nature walk nearby. 

At 2.00pm we’ll get the blankets and bolsters out for a dreamy session of yin and restorative yoga. 

At 3.30pm we’ll have a cup of tea and an uplifting raw chocolate treat before we go back into our weekend smiling and buzzing.
