Crawlers Course

Monday 29th October - Monday 3rd September | 12.30pm - 1.15pm

The class is for crawlers/toddlers from Crawling up to 2 1/2 years and their parent. 

The yoga taught in these classes is more active than the babies class and you will mainly be doing yoga  for yourself whilst your child socialises with others. 

You can attend these classes without being a prior student of the  Mums & Bubs Yoga course.

How are the crawlers to early walkers involved?
The classes are a time for you to do some Yoga, while your child plays and the classes are child-centred. When your child is upset our policy is for you to attend to their needs either breastfeeding, feeding, holding or generally reassuring them in your presence. With the support of others, you will be able to develop a balance between doing yoga for yourself and meeting the needs of your child. It is possible!

What are the benefits?

  • Increased ability to handle difficult and confronting situations with a reduction in anxiety and stress.
  • Increase in abdominal and pelvic floor stability thereby reducing back pain.
  • Overall enhanced well-being and emotional stability.
  • It's a time to have fun with your child and make friends.
