*NEW* - Yoga Nidra - 6 week course

Yoga nidra allows you to access delta brainwaves, which are responsible for the healing and restoration that happens in your body during deep sleep. Activating delta brainwaves during yoga nidra allows your mind and body to rest while you're awake.

Yoga nidra also activates the pineal gland and is deeply nourshing for the whole body. You are supported by blankets etc laying down in the meditations. This course is designed to support you to rest and teach you practical skills that you can use in modern life. Life can be hard but Yoga Nidra can help. The style of Nidra taught is called "iRest' or integrative restoration a modern adaptation of Nidra. Over the 6 weeks we will break down the fundamentals into meditations. Each week there will be a short discussion and then a 30 min Nidra based on the iRest principles. You will learn skills to use and will have the meditations to use as audio recordings in your own time too.
