Somatics is movement based therapy that encourages wellbeing, improving posture and releasing old 'niggles'.

How does it work? In Somatics, we do slow, repetitive movements with attention that form new and powerful patterns, in the body and mind. These movements are enjoyable and feel good to do and make changes rapidly in your brain to improve the way you move.

Come and try it for yourself - everyone is welcome to come and learn how to move with ease. No experience is necessary, the classes are informative and in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Excellent for people with limited mobility and injuries.
