A women's circle is a sacred space that allows each woman to soften, tune into herself and an opportunity to connect with like minded sisters. This circle will be like a sweet exhale after a full holiday season. A few juicy hours to really relax, feel seen and supported and nourished.
Women's circles is something we have always done, from hundreds of years ago when women gathered together while bleeding to rest and rejuvenate to recent years when we gather with friends to catch up. Let's bring the sacredness back by sitting in circle together on a Sunday evening by soft candlelight and drop into our femme vibes.
What happens at events like this? It's a time to let go of the to-do lists, responsibilities and nurturing the ones we love around us so we can focus on nurturing OURSELVES for a few hours. Arrive at 6.20 for a 6.30pm start on Sunday the 12th, be welcomed in and pick a bolster to sit on. We start with a womb meditation and then the rest evolves on the day.
We will have refreshments and something sweet and vegan to nibble on. Bring a notebook and pen if you like and wear whatever you feel comfortable in.
