Pregnancy Yoga

Wonderfully relaxing and nurturing classes to help you stay grounded, mindful and energised during your pregnancy. The posture, sequences and breathing techniques are designed specifically for the needs of pregnant women from the 12th week of pregnancy. Learn about your the changes within your body, build confidence and spend time with your beautiful baby.

Our pregnancy yoga classes run every Saturday morning from 9.30-10.45am. We have all mats and props available free of charge so just bring yourself.

Cost: $19 drop in or a $70 4 class pass (to be used within 6 weeks).
