You will then be supported to clarify personal goals that will enable you to make positive changes in your life and every participant will be given their very own personalized wellness recipe to take home. This 75 minute wellness consultation with Steph will leave you feeling refreshed, motivated and inspired to live a life your body and mind will love you for!

A 2 Hour Spring Health Workshop to be held at the Yoga West studio on Sunday 15th November (1-3pm) with Qualified Naturopath, Laetitia O'Connell of Longaevitas and Yin Yoga Teacher, Bridget Broomfield.
We will work with you in understanding the changes of season, how it effects your body and, provide hints, tips and tricks to help you to become a more happy, heart-centred human! This workshop finishes off with an afternoon of tea and healthy treats. We promise laughter, fun and a wonderful experience with new friends.
