Experience the joy of this practice in an introductory 2hour workshop.
The workshop will include discussion, mini meditations, completing with a healing 40minute Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra is a traditional meditation practice which works holistically to help us feel connected more to ourselves, with others and the world around us.
In Yoga Nidra, we enter that blissful state between wakefulness and sleep – a deep conscious sleep. It can be a very healing and restorative practice, calming the nervous system and helping us to recover our inner resources of well-being and ease.
Yoga Nidra is based on contemporary iRest® Elements of Restorative yoga will be shared to support ease in rest.
