Following on from our Popular Yoga Basics course, Yoga West would like to offer you an Intro to Vinyasa course - a Yoga Basics Level 2!
Intro to Vinyasa will follow on from the basics course by building on the foundations of Asanas (postures) while introducing the art of Vinyasa and breath, taking your practice to a new level.
Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that is one of the most popular styles of yoga. Also sometimes called "Vinyasa Flow Yoga," this type of practice involves synchronising the breath with a continuous flow of postures.
The 6 week course will be taught by Zanna, an experienced teacher and practitioner of Vinyasa and one of our great teachers here at Yoga West.
The perfect 'next step' for those who have completed the Yoga Basics beginner series course or for those with an interest in exploring the foundations of Vinyasa.
All yoga mats and props provided…just bring yourself.
