The Gift of Presence: A practical introduction to mindfulness

With summer festivities fast approaching let’s take some time to cultivate sensitivity though stillness. This induction to mindfulness will focus on our five senses, taking time to awaken each one with gentle music, essential oils, fresh flowers and even cacao.
We will use yin and restorative poses to release and relax the body and end each class with a mindfulness meditation. A practice in having our 'minds full of the present moment'. No experience necessary, just a desire to fully participate in our vibrant lives.
Drop ins welcome if there is space, but for full benefit sign up for the whole course.
7.45-8.45pm Thursdays | $100 for the 6 weeks and casuals pay at casual rate $19 (only if there is space)
