This practice is a one and hour half intensive focused on how to strengthen, stabilise and increase your flexibility for inversions and arm balances. Once a month we journey through a variety of drills and techniques that will deepen your practice. The yoga practice can revolutionise the body, the mind and our lives. Flight school is infused with specific yogic philosophy, pranayama and meditative techniques to dismantle the fears and personal limitations that arise when getting upside down.
These classes are strong but approachable, made accessible for those who practice or are learning vinyasa yoga from beginners to advanced students.
Expect to sweat, laugh and bring your spirit home.
