Following on from our incredible Spring Detox workshop, we have teamed up to bring you another mini retreat all about Embracing Autumn.
To restore energy, improve sleep, feel lighter and more graceful in our everyday movements, every now and then a strong detoxifying practice is just what we need. Four times a year the change of season gives us an opportunity to cleanse our body and mind and create an environment for more vitality and allow for healthy change to occur.
By combining meditation, detox and nutritional knowledge and a yin yoga session, our workshop is designed to provide your body with a sustainable energy boost to leave you feeling nourished, balanced and rejuvenated as we move into the Autumn months.
The Embracing Autumn workshop includes:
Part 1: Steph Meaden - Guided meditation
Part 2: Jules Recordon - Nutritionist & Naturopath
Part 3: Bridget Broomfield - Yin Yoga
Workshop concludes with an open floor for questions and answers followed by delicious healthy treats and tea.
