Yoga Basics - 6 Week Beginners Yoga Series

The popular Yoga Basics Beginners Series is designed for new students and experienced yogis looking to strengthen the foundations of their practice. 

Classes flow on from one another and are taught at a slow and comfortable pace. You will gradually build strength and flexibility while increasing awareness of your own body and breath. We teach the fundamentals of yoga postures, correct body alignment and breathing techniques in a fun, supportive and relaxed environment. This workshop series is a great way to develop your healthy and sustainable lifelong yoga practice.

All yoga mats and props provided…just bring yourself.

Limited numbers, booking essential!

$100 for the 6 week course. Sessions run every Monday 6-7.15pm at Yoga West
