This 6-week course is open to brand new beginners as well as those who wish to reconnect with the fundamentals of vinyasa yoga. It is the perfect course for our graduates of Yoga Basics and once completed you will be set up to attend any class on the Yoga West schedule!
During our 6 weeks, we will mindfully guide your bodies through a range of inspiring and exciting vinyasa flow sequences that build on from one another.
Students will experience the practice of linking breath and movement and also attain a foundation for flowing with mindfulness and safe alignment. Students will be introduced to classic poses and will be offered options for modifications, allowing the practice to be accessible to all bodies. In this series we will also bring in some basic yoga philosophy, meditation and pranayama (breath work).
Bridget has a light hearted approach and will help you to feel at ease as you find your FLOW!
