Smoothie Goodness
A colorful and delicious way to start, finish or snack your way through a summer day. Best eaten in the sunshine, with a spoon!
1 thick round of frozen pineapple (chopped)
1/4 cup of frozen blueberries
1 Tbs coconut yoghurt
1/4 cup coconut water
Sprinkle with coconut, fruit or nuts for added texture and awesomeness.
Blend together serve, sprinkle and eat!!
